Our in-house alterations service ensures every piece is crafted and adjusted to your exact measurements.

Luxury is personal. Our garments are made to be adjusted. With generous seam allowances built into each design, every piece can be tailored in-house to suit your body as it changes, allowing for personalised adjustments that deliver the perfect fit — today, and for years to come.
The FREY. Process
From ready-to-wear tailoring to create-your-own suits, our in-house stylists and expert tailors make the process effortless, guiding you through every step - from style selection to final fitting. Here’s our simple made-to-measure process:
- Consultation
Work with a FREY. stylist to select your ideal styles. - Precision Measurements
Using the Tailie app, we capture two photos (front and side) in leggings and a fitted top, plus a few quick measurements. - Fabric Selection
Choose from our carefully curated collection of all-natural Italian fabrics and premium deadstock materials. - Fitting & Adjustments
After approximately 3 weeks, we’ll schedule your fitting session. Additional alterations can be made if needed. - Your Perfect Fit
Enjoy your new FREY. pieces — tailored to perfection, timeless in style.
Please note: A 30% surcharge applies to create-your-own pieces from the ready-to-wear collection, in addition to the retail price. Prices may vary based on the chosen fabrics.
