Materials Matter. We exclusively use natural and semi-natural fabrics in all our collections, prioritising materials that look and feel luxurious and are gentle on the environment.

A cornerstone of our sustainability practice is our use of deadstock—premium surplus fabrics from renowned Italian mills. These are high-quality textiles originally produced for luxury houses but left unused. Instead of allowing them to go to waste, we repurpose them into timeless pieces that are designed to last.

By working with deadstock, we:

• Avoid generating new textile waste
• Reduce energy and water usage tied to fabric production
• Minimise carbon emissions associated with manufacturing virgin materials

Each FREY. piece is an example of how considered design and conscious sourcing can work hand in hand. Our collections are made in small, exclusive runs—once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Original condition means that the merchandise is:

1. Still in its original packaging with all the tags and original invoices, etc.;
2. The item is found intact with original purchase condition;
3. The item has not been worn or washed and it is free from any signs of wear and odour.

Fair use is a clause which entitles us to suspend your account and/or refuse a return/refund/exchange if we suspect that you have been showing an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn’t seem right: e.g., we suspect someone is actually wearing their purchases and then returning them, ordering and returning repeatedly for unreasonable and unjustifiable reasons.

Items that are not eligible for returns and exchanges include:

• Gift cards
• Items that have had their security tags removed
• Products purchased at any of our “pop-up” events
• Items purchased through a third-party reseller
• Sale items

Frey. reserves the right to refuse any returned merchandise that does not meet with the terms as set out in this Returns and Refunds Policy as well as in our Terms & Conditions.

Shipping

• Free shipping to China, Hong Kong SAR, and Singapore. No minimum spend. Estimated delivery 3-6 business days.
• Rest of the world, free shipping over USD500. For orders under USD500, shipping will be calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery 6-10 business days.
• Please note shipping times may vary during sale periods and holidays.

Processing Time

• Orders placed after noon HKT will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 12PM HKT on Friday will ship out Monday.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, FREY. will email you with a tracking number and link to track your package.

• All international orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are determined by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the receiver.
• For orders shipped to the United States: Please note that all applicable duties and taxes must be paid by the receiver upon delivery. FREY. does not cover these fees. We recommend checking with U.S. Customs and Border Protection for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

All transactions are securely processed through Shopify’s PCI-compliant platform, using industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We never store your full credit card details.
