Shipping
- Free shipping to China, Hong Kong SAR, and Singapore. No minimum spend. Estimated delivery 3-6 business days.
- Rest of the world, free shipping over USD500. For orders under USD500, shipping will be calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery 6-10 business days.
- Please note shipping times may vary during sale periods and holidays.
Processing Time
- Orders placed after noon HKT will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 12PM HKT on Friday will ship out Monday.
Tracking My Order
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, FREY. will email you with a tracking number and link to track your package.
Duties & Taxes
- All international orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are determined by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the receiver.
