Shipping

• Free shipping to China, Hong Kong SAR, and Singapore. No minimum spend. Estimated delivery 3–6 business days.
• Rest of the world: free shipping over USD 500. For orders under USD 500, shipping will be calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery 6–10 business days.
• Please note shipping times may vary during sale periods and holidays.

Processing Time

• Orders placed before noon HKT will ship the same business day. Orders placed after noon HKT will ship the next business day. Orders placed after noon HKT on Friday will ship the following Monday.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been processed and shipped, FREY will email you a tracking number and link to track your package.

Duties & Taxes

• All international orders may be subject to duties and taxes, determined by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the receiver.
• For orders shipped to the United States: all applicable duties and taxes must be paid by the receiver upon delivery. FREY does not cover these fees. We recommend checking with U.S. Customs and Border Protection for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
