Frey. accepts payments made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB for all international orders. For orders within Hong Kong SAR, on top of the payment methods listed above, we also accept payments made by using major cards supported by China Unionpay.
We take fraud very seriously, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer. By placing an order using one of the above payment methods, you confirm that the card used is yours or that you have been authorised by the owner to use it. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment to Frey., the order placement will be treated as unsuccessful and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Frey.’s payment process meets the stringent international security standards set down by the Payment Card Industry to make your shopping experience safe and secure. If you have registered an account on the Site and have decided to save your card details with us, your details will be fully encrypted, solely used to process card transactions that you have initiated and securely stored on our systems. In the absence of negligence on our part, we will not be liable for any loss you may suffer if any third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provided when using our Service.
Once you have entered your personal and payment details and placed your order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order if the card transaction is approved. The amount will be reserved immediately, your card will be debited when we dispatch your order. Only payment for those items that are included in the shipping email will be charged .
If the card transaction is not approved, your order will be cancelled. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this.
If you are located outside of Hong Kong SAR, your bank/ card issuer might apply a cross border payment fee. You can check with your bank for more information.
Please note that Frey. does not compensate for any additional charges, nor refunds them in case of returns.
Some countries are subject to sales tax/ VAT.
Sales tax is charged on items shipped to the US. VAT is charged on items shipped to the EU. In both the States and/or EU where Frey. has an obligation to collect tax, you’ll see sales tax/VAT applied to your order, which will be corrected for the delivery address that you’ve selected.
Sales tax/VAT is calculated on the total of your order, after discount. The amount of tax charged to your order depends on your delivery address. The tax is calculated based on state rates and the items you are purchasing. We’ll always show you how much sales tax you’ll be charged when you go to checkout.
The sales tax/VAT shown at checkout will be for your default address so this may change if you change your delivery address.

In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. As such, the price does not include import taxes or custom duties. Import taxes/ custom duties will be charged by your carrier at delivery and Frey. does not compensate these charges. If the value of your order exceeds the toll-free limit in your country, extra fees will be applied upon delivery.
Frey. has no control over these charges and we cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
We would advise you to check your local customs officer for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges that you were not expecting to pay.
